I’m all about comfort and color. You’ll often catch me in biker shorts, a tee, and my trusty HOZEN bag. Thrifting is one of my favorite things—it’s like finding a hidden gem every time!

WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR FREE TIME?

On weekends, you’ll find me hiking with my husband and our dog or experimenting with new plant-based recipes. It’s the little things that keep life exciting!

WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

Nature has always been my biggest muse. I also love diving into the world of food and herbs as medicine—it’s fascinating how much power we have in our hands!

FAVORITE PLACE IN THE WORLD?

Tulum and Bali hold a special place in my heart—they’re magical places where time seems to stand still.

WHAT'S A SELF-CARE PRACTICE YOU DO TO STAY HEALTHY?

Morning meditation keeps me grounded. On tough days, I remind myself to be kind and patient—it’s important to give yourself grace when life feels overwhelming.
