Interpretation of "The Protection of Cultural Relics"

After Liang Sicheng’s report on the former residence of Lin Huiyin was demolished, many netizens were very concerned about how the state cultural relics protection laws and regulations imposed such acts of destroying cultural relics. The reporter reviewed relevant information for this purpose.

I. Article 13 of Chapter 2 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics stipulates: The immovable cultural relics that have not been declared as cultural relics protection units shall be registered and announced by the administrative department of cultural relics at the county level.
