We can use a simple method to measure our own products and see about minus two degrees. Dew point. If it is dew condensation at minus two degrees, then 40°C is not needed. The method is as follows: Take a piece of ice (three cm is large) in the middle of the finished insulating glass, and flatten the glass, taking care not to let the ice slide. Feel free to inspect ten pieces of glass. After one minute, after the ice cubes melt, observe the inside of the hollow glass and see if there are foggy water droplets. At least half of the cause of condensation is caused by a bad seal.
Second, bendable aluminum strip (high-frequency welding after aluminum strip rolling forming). Through the continuous bending of the aluminum strip, the root source of the four-corner air leakage is eliminated, the aluminum frame molding standard is unchanged, the combined piece is more convenient, the produced insulating glass has high reliability, and the product quality is not affected by the air leakage at the four corners. However, due to the high cost of bendable aluminum strips, only a few high standards are required for construction.
